continuing education

FMHAC provides continuing education for a wide variety of disciplines including MFT, LCSW, PhD, PsyD, MCLE, correctional and law enforcement officers.

Board of Behavioral Science Examiners (CEUs)
Board of Registered Nursing (CEUs)

FMHAC is an approved provider of CEUs through the BBSE (PCE 4800) and the BRN (CEP 5965). Generally, our annual conference allows 13 CEUs.

Board of Psychology (MCEPs)

FMHAC applies for continuing education credits for psychologists for each conference. Generally, our annual conference allows 12-13 MCEP credits.

California State Bar (MCLEs)

FMHAC applies for continuing education credits for lawyers for each conference. Generally, our annual conference allows 8.5 MCLE credits.

This year we have applied for 8.5 credits, as detailed here:
3 CEUs Wednesday Opening Session
1 CEU Keynote
1.5 CEUs for selected workshops on 2nd day

Board of Corrections (STCs)

For Standards and Training for Corrections (STC) participants who need STC training credit for this event, please apply for Special Certification through your STC training manager/coordinator.  Look at the CEU page for the current conference for more information on submitting a Special Certification.

Peace Officer Standards and Training (POSTs)

FMHAC applies for continuing education credits for police officers for each conference. Generally, our annual conference allows 6-14 POST credits.
